Review for 515 Associates Apartments

I have lived in this building for a number of years.

The building manager is corrupt and allows the staff to run amuck. Staff members walk their dogs, fix their cars and hangout in their custom built social club, located in the basement of 515. Staff members do all this while on company time as the building manager sits ideal in her office as work goes undone and mostly uncheck.

The parking lot is mostly unsecured and the night doorman/security person is rarely seen.

Management-tenant relationships does not exist and once you find yourself on ends with the management office you can rest assure your time here will be miserable with no recourse.

Overall I rate this building very poorly. Must tenants end up moving out within a short period of time.

Dont be fooled by the appearance! Keep looking.
