Rented: From 2008 To 2009

From day one, we've had to deal with unsatisfactory conditions on all levels: dirty and poorly painted apartment at first sight; unfriendly and unhelpful staff; inadequate maintenance; numerous noise issues; unsafe parking conditions; insufficient heat and air conditioning (watch your electric bill triple in the summer); rent increases without warning; etc etc etc. I haven't had a full day of peace and quiet since we moved in, and I can't wait to move out. I think I'd rather live in a refrigerator box. Definitely not worth $1200+ a month.
