I've lived in well over 3 dozen apartment complexes around the country since 1983. This is, hands down, the worst place I ever stayed. I am genuinely surprised the landlord hasn't yet been sued into oblivion. I'm sure it's only a matter of time. And do not trust the maintenance folks as far as you can throw them. If you do rent here, do yourself a favor and change the locks YOURSELF and install a burglar alarm ASAP, although "burglars" will be the least of your worries.
