IF U WANT TO LIVE WITH BUGS AND MANAGRMENT STAFF THAT DOES NOT GIVE A DANM THEN BALDWIN MANPR IS FOR YU. IT IS THE MOST DISCUSTING PLACE IN PARSIPPANY TO LIVE. PEOPLE ARE OVING OUT OUT LEFT AND RIGHT. THE GATE KEEPER FRAN IS A NAST ASS PERSON WHO DOES NPT GIVE A S---T ABOUT ANYONE. BUGS RUN RAMPAMANT IN THE APTS . DO NOT LIVE HERE
