Worst Apartment Ever

When we moved in the apartment was a mess, the electric sockets were uncover windows were not put in properly. The worst of all is that the heat all year long wasnt working, we call maintance many times and we personally spoke with them but nothing happen. The apartment is freezing cold and we are sleeping with our jackets and we still feel contact, do not stay here, i dont reccomend it to nobody to stay here, is a dump. Stay away
