Great complex when I orginally moved in back in 2002, but complex is going down. Alot of shady looking people hanging around the parking lots and units, outside of units not be kept up by management and grass dying and landscaping company is just mowing the "weeds". Alot of units have sheets hanging up instead of drapes. Tenants use the common area for bar-b-ques. Starting to look like government housing (section 8) or the projects.
