Review for Scudder Falls East Apartments

I do NOT recommend Scudder Falls East to anyone. They are managed by Salem Management Company (NJ), who I believe employs "Slumlord Techniques." My terrible experience has included, but not been limited to: unfulfilled promises of new A/C units upon moving in, no repair of existing A/C, "new carpet" that was heavily stained, non-responsive maintenance and property management, bad attitudes about necessary service, a consistently sopping-wet laundry room floor with a ceiling that has long-since partially caved in from a leak (in my particular building), no storage unit that was promised, and more. Property manager does not return calls and management company is completely unwilling to fix problems that cost any money. Big Thumbs Down, in my opinion.
