Review for Florentine Apartments

Folks
I am writing this to make you aware of the horrible super at 77 prospect Florentine apartment,, The Super will be good initially till you sign the contract, then for any other thing you want he gets upset, time to time he will tell you about throwing fines on you for about anything you do around like for the garbage, for children s playing around (kids obviously make noise) even for what you do inside your house is a problem like cooking food, (I am asian so have lot's of spices in my food) He visit's you apartment in morning rush hour to issue warnings, Won't allow kids in the laundry room, if i am at work my wife cannot go for laundry, I have kids cannot be left alone at home. Most of my friends have left the apartment. I will be leaving by end of this year as soon as my contract ends. And i am paying 1350 for 1 Bedroom no balcony apartment.
The above are my experiences, I leave it up to you to decide.

Well forgot to add that there Hackensack university hospital facing the apartment, you will be bombarded by constant 24/7 loud sounds from the emergency vehicles, This is to add to the sounds from the landing planes on the nearby Teterboro Airport.
