Review for Pavilion Apartments

Don't be lured by the proximity to the Broad Street Station and bus service at your door. Don't be deceived or romanticized by the Mies van der Rohe architecture.One visit through the rental office will clue you to the reality of this "project". The leasing agent and on-site manager are unprofessional, uncooperative and arrogant.
General maintenance is basically nonexistent.
The elevators are constantly in need of repairs; some mornings there is a twenty minute wait.
There are unabated building code violations.
There are unabated fire code violations.
Do you mind mice?
How about bed bugs?
The security plan is inadequate according to the police department. You will be in danger! The landlord refuses to provide a reasonably safe environment.
Your car in the parking lot ( with a lease and decal) may be towed on a whim.
The building directory has not been updated for years.
You may find homeless people sleeping in the stairwells or empty apartments.
The tenants are generally decent people; the majority of the problems stem from management; on-site, regional and ownership.
