Review for Brookville Commons Apartments

A new owner took over this past spring. Roaches, mice and filth soon followed. The owner, Eli, tells residents he is just the manager. He is the OWNER. Hallways are not cleaned, bottles, trash, human waste litter the hallways. The grounds of the apartment complex are a disgraced. Where there used to be flower beds there are now beds of weeds. AND if you like the tires of your vehicle to stay inflated, DONT park here. There are broken bottles everywhere. He moves people in apartments without cleaning or painting them. Check out the mismatched, cheap carpet. This place is a DISGRACE. Stay AWAY. The buildings are INFESTED with roaches and he REFUSES to get a professional exterminator. He runs over with a can of RAID. HE IS JUST AWFUL. I know..... ELI MENDLOVITZ IS THE OWNER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING A PERFECTLY GOOD PROPERTY INTO THE GROUND.
