Review for Alamo Apartments Inc Apartments

Alamo Apartments are what I like to call Starter Apartments. Basically the outside is kept real nice and so are the apartments themselves but once you start living there you'll notice you get what you pay for. When things start to fall apart, it may take maintenance months before they come out to fix what's wrong. When it rains, the roof may start to leak or open up and brownish yellow water seeps through. The head of maintenance barely speaks English so knowing spanish is a must. The parking is terrible. It's an open lot in front of the complexes with no security but locking your car doors. There have been instances where tenants vehicles have been vandalized. You can hear your neighbors through the walls, floor and ceiling depending on which floor you live on. There is also a major bug problem. I really wouldn't suggest living there permanently, like I stated earlier, it's an adequate starter apartment.
