Review for Lamont Manor Apartments

Relatively large apartments with utilities included in a rental short town, BUT they were built about 1950 and plumbing and air conditioning are unreliable , and management thinks nothing of chewing out tenants who dare to ask after 10 days without air conditioning just when it might be fixed. No pest control, no regular preventive maintenance, no repainting for units of tenants who stay. Rent only while you look for something else, and don't expect appreciation from management if you stay and reliably pay your rent.
