The Regal Manor is head and shoulders above the other complexes in Hobbs. It is very well maintained and you can not find a single piece of trash anywhere on the property. Nice trees, great grass and a nice lady that manages the apartments. I would recommend the corporate apartments if you are town for a month or two. All bills are included in the rent, a great value in Hobbs right now.
