Review for Summer Wind Terrace Town Homes Apartments

My complaints written as objectively as possible: The patios - Nothing but dirt and weeds. The fire alarm - Not in working order. Lighting - We had to replace lightbulbs in every room of the house. Vents/Ceiling Fans - Not sure they've ever been cleaned (If you have dust/mold alllergy issues, this place is not recommended). Pests - The first day moving in I was welcomed by biting gnats and spiders crawling on my furniture (Pest control is not a priority, and we had to take care of the problem ourselves). Sanitary Conditions: Absolutely unacceptable... I personally had to clean the place before I could have a restful night sleep. Internet Reception: The reception was only good between 10 PM - 6 AM. During high traffic hours, I didn't bother wasting my time trying to connect. Again, I tried to remain objective as possible, and as far as my personal recommendation, I wouldn't recommended the place to friend or foe!

We had the same problem, horrible management all the way around.
