RE: Windscape Apartments

This is without a doubt the single worse apartment complex in the area of Hobbs, Eunice, New Mexico. The apartment was dirty, not cleaned and had water damage from two different locations. Not to mention they are of the worst craftsmanship in construction. There is no privacy and you can here every noise within a mile. The facility falsely advertise facility amenities that are so regulated that the occupants can’t use them. The management is not flexible and will not work with you once they have your rent and deposit. The deposit is a months rent in which they draw interest for the term of you lease (1 Year). They are not user friendly and not recommended by anyone , I now know why. The chamber should not recommend these apartments to anyone looking in Hobbs, NM.

These apartments are not worth the amount of rent charged.
