Rented: From 1999 To 2008

Many complain about Spring Creek trying to revive these apartments and maintain affordable housing. It is sad to say that many of the tenants pay little to no rent and treat their living areas as such. These apartments are beautiful, however the quality of living and good neighbors is steadily declining.

AGREED! The apts are really nice, especially compared to the small rentals they have now for crazy prices but it is true that the people are definitely becoming lazy in taking care of the place they live in. I don't blame the managers as much as I do the tenants; they are getting rude, sloppy, destructive and downright nasty!!!
