Review for Parkchester Apartments

I have dealt with the neighbors personally, insisted management get involved and he egal department decided to investigate the noise complaint over my ceiling. No investigation done by the legal department, housing police stop by several times and gave a summons once for no carpet on the floor which is mandatory according to the lease and it has been three months since the summons. Still noise above me and according to the legal department at Parkchester, their is no information in the computer on noise complaint to the police department or summons issued.

I believe the hype now that Parkchester housing is not like it use to be; They use to care about their tenants satisfaction. I guess now they are money driven
