I've lived in this building for several years and must say that that staff and overall look of the space has improved drastically. Very friendly live-in super and staff of three porters, recently updated hallways, laundry rooms on each floor (but one) and it's very accessible by subway, just one block from the 4/5 train. Very happy so far.
