I have lived at C V for many years. The apartments are spacious, quiet, clean and very affordable. The current staff is fantastic. Nicole and Maureen in the office are very helpful, Eric the maintenance man fixes everything the first time he does it and Bev the ground women is a pleasure to deal with. It is the best place i have ever lived.
