Review for Winkworth Gardens Apartments

Winkworth Gardens is a joke. The apartments show well but as you look into them, they're a mess. Torn up carpets, windows with holes in the screens, windows with no screen at all, broken doors, etc.

It took weeks to fix a completely broken and unsafe sliding glass door that leads to the first floor patio (UNSAFE!). After the management said it had been fixed, I tried to open the door and it was still broken. The manager then accused ME of breaking it!

I asked the manager to have a copy of the lease so I could review it at home and ask any questions to my lawyer if need be. She REFUSED to let me see the lease ahead of time. No one should live in a place whose policy is to force their tenants to make uninformed decisions!!!!

There is obviously something hidden in that lease that the management doesn't want you to find. Beware of sketchy tactics!
