Parking, You have to fight your way in a spot. The parking is for tenets only, but if some body has a party and have ther friends over, well your screwed. There are rules in the lease but they don't enforce them.
Building maintenance! Well put it this way, you have to threaten buy the means of hud to get something done around there.
