Review for Derosa Builders, Inc. Apartments

DeRosa Builders is managing three buildings, which are 7 Lake Street,15 Lake Street and 125 Lake Street.

The staffs are very rude and they never take care of any complains. The building is very cold in winter and the heat should be offered for free but they barely turn on the heat.

Please trust me. If you want to spend your life there, it will be a nightmare.

Ahem. I disagree, completely. I've been to the office several times and seen what the women in that office deal with. It's not surprising that tenants who had a bad experiences at apartment buildings are the only ones who write on these things, not the satisfied ones. I heard of one man complaining CONSTANTLY about how freezing it was in his apartment, when the super went to go test the temperature of his room it was 70 degrees. My house is set at 64... would you like to trade with me?

I totally agree with what you have said. They are all very rude and the manager Lisa just try to fool the residents. The building is very cold in winter and the heat should be offered for free but they barely turn on the heat. Mice and croaches...
