Review for The Dell Apartments

The apartment is nice when you first enter. But after I lived in it for a few months. I started to see mice all in my kitchen. THIS IS A NEW BULIDING. Then floor boards came apart and there were huge gaps in my floor. Which I told them for seven months to fix. The never fixed the probelm.The management is very rude. Beth, one of the mangers actually yelled at my mother. My stove did not work for two months after I moved in. Also they actually had the nerve to raise the rent. The only good thing about this apartment is the location.
When we had a fire scare no one could reach managment. Not even the firemen.
