Review for Grenadier Realty Corporation Apartments

This is an awfull place to live. If you ever watch the news crime happens here all the time. the security guards are so few in numbers, that if you see one, its a surprise. The entire place smells like marijuana. the management staff is rude and lie to you. They have awfull bookkeepers, so even if you pay your rent on time every month they will still send you to court. it is very noisy and if you live in a corner apartment where the elevators are be prepared not to sleep. if i could give this place a zero, i would. the only thing good is that janitorial staff. they are very friendly and they try their best to keep it clean even though the tenants spit and graffiti the entire place. Also if you need something fixed you better do it yourself. the management office will take your request and it will take them more than 2 weeks to come. Do not move here, it will be the biggest mistake of your life.
