Their apartments are NOT worth the money and their staff is horrible, and NOT well organized at all. I've only been living here since august and I've got many complaints already. I'll try to list them in order.

1. There is off street parking but you have to PAY to park in the garages or even behind the apartments. Last I heard they were charging $130 a month to park in the back. Now, originally when I dropped off my security deposit I (as well as my roommates) were told that we could park in the back for free so long as we don't block any of the garages. So I started parking in the back. A few weeks after moving in, I'm heading out to my car when a maintenance worker from downstairs stopped me and told me that I couldn't park back there. Apparently the landlord watches the garage area like a hawk, and was going to tow my car, as well as others, and that nice gentleman warned me. That night a tow truck came and towed 2 cars away. Apparently you have to pay to JUST PARK back there too! Ridiculous, how their staff lied to EVERYONE in the buildings next to me about it, then they tow our cars away. Pretty funny. They also take HORRIBLE care of the driveway, and garage area. It took them two days to recently come and plow / shovel away the snow. Now, seeing as they charge SO MUCH for parking, wouldn't you think they'd at least keep it in good condition? HA. Yeah right.

2. I live on the upperfloor, and our back patio has been broken since we moved in. They did come to "fix" it (the side wall is MISSING), and their fix was hammering in THREE BOARDS OF WOOD. They've done nothing since.

3. There's a huge white spot on the wall in the living room. My roommate kept calling them to fix it, but gave up after a few weeks. They never came.

4. When we originally moved in our apartment was a grimy mess. The white blinds in my room were caked with so much dirt they were brown. There were black smudges on the walls, we had to scrub the bathtub with bleach to get it clean. The kitchen was also a mess, with spatters on the wall and cabinets. The doorknobs were loose and not opening well. All of this we had to fix ourselves.

5. They keep horrible records. I wasn't able to be present at the signing of the lease. My boyfriend and roommate, however, DID list me ON THE LEASE as an additional occupant. About 2 weeks after moving in, I received calls from them (they sounded angry too), about not being on the list of occupancy and that I had to come see them. Absolutely ridiculous. I was listed on the copy of the lease.

6. When you move in, you NEED to pay $100 upfront for water and sewage. That's $100 per person living in the apartment. We all payed ours at the same time, but recently received a letter stating that my boyfriend DIDN'T, and that they were charging him $100 for it!!! It's so sad. We've had yet to get in contact with them to talk about it, because when we call they never answer the phone.

7. The closet doors, and pantry doors either A) don't shut, or B) are nearly impossible to open.

8. The stove is a HORRIBLE gas stove. The pilot lights are located in the worst spot, and have gone out SIX TIMES in the past 4 months. Thank god we caught it quick to relight them.

9. My boyfriends bike was stolen off our back porch. We ended up finding it hidden behind our neighbor's apartment. Be weary of who they put in the apartment next to you, I've heard in the building next to ours they sell pot.

There's many other little things but I don't have forever to write this.

Rent for a 2 BR is $1100 a month, which only includes heat and cooking gas. They claim water's included too, but that's not true seeing as you have to pay $100 per person when you move in. The 2 BR apt's are SMALL, and no wheres near worth the money. Both of the bed rooms are 11' by 6'. The living room is hardly bigger, the bathroom and kitchen are tiny, and there's no dining area.

Pets are included, but apparently only in certain apartments. We were told we could have animals, where as the person right next door to us was told he couldn't.

The only nice thing I can think of is that the neighborhood is good. (if you count out the annoying college kids partying all the time) I would recommend you find a place that is actually WORTH your money though. If you want to be lied to by the management and ignored, this is the place for you!
