It is conveniently located and that is the best advantage that it had. Worst part is that building is old and full of worms. Landlord is very irritable and never comes when you want him. He will always come on the first day of the month asking for rent but if you want him to do any maintentance then he will not come back. Worms are big problems and landlord does not do anything for that ...

I will advice everyone to stay away from the building.
