Review for Williamsville Village Apartments

From the outside these apartments look like shit, the car ports are falling apart, the balonies are rustng out, and the outsides are not well cared for. As for the inside, rent was $655, which made up for the lack of response from the landloards, if something breaks you can always count on them not to show up and fix it. It is in a safe part of town which is a plus. If you are looking to move into this area consider the Indywood resprt apartments, I have not lived there yet but because of the rent increase to 695, for the first year, then after one year is up ther rent will increase $5 per month, its time to move out. indywood resort can be found at morgancommunities.com, I dont work for them or live there yet so judge if for yourself, maybe it can be fount on this site. 2 thumbs down for the williamsville village apartments.
