Review for Graystone Apts Apartments

these are new apts, that from what im told are shown at night, when you move in, you realized your 100 feets from an amtrak line and its to late, theres no fence to protect kids from getting killed by the speeding trains (50-80 mph).

The walls are useless, you hear everything, but the outside walls are better, the utilities are cheap cause its new construction, but this past month the bill went up 60 percent. no idea why, rates went up????

theres no playground,pool. lots of grass thou for kids.

parking sucked, then lines were painted and 5 spaces were lost, sucked even more.

took months for things to get fixed. repair crew decided to make a shop in the basement of the building, so hearing all the work they do was a joy.

the carpets are defective in every apt. toilets over flow. the electrical outlets fall apart when pushing plugs into them, installed wrong.

tape and line marks on the sheetrock, paint splatter, tub in bathroom mounted wrong, it rocks and creeks on the studs.

the basement has huge storage thou.

its not worth the 800-825 a month. theres nothing luxorious about this place, there boxed apts that were shipped in a kit form and built in a few months . all the appliances are bottom line.

kitchen floor comes up from sub floor. no peek hole in doors.
