If you want to avoid possibly the most unpleasant experience of your life, don't bother with this place. The president of the Board, Jay, is a discriminating, disgusting, smug uneducated man. This place is not worth such demoralizing experience. There are other better places in White Plains who will treat you fairly and like a human being.
