Review for Grove Park Apartments

There is NEVER any parking, especially for guests. If you live at the far end of the complex and have guests, it is a half mile walk! That is, if they can even find a spot. The new management, there has been 3 management changes in the past year, is a complete joke.

They like to try to scare everyone by saying they will fine or evict you. The "fitness center" is completely broken and has been for about two years. The tanning beds are always broken too, so don't believe that hooey that they tell you.

There are constant parties because it is right across from the university, so you do have to expect that. What you should not have to expect is people who are 35+ years old with families living in apartment buildings where it is predominantly college kids complaining all the time to everyone about the noise, drinking, parties etc. These people need to get a clue before they move into a college apartment complex.

But, there is always noise, always drinking, never any parking, constant battles with management, the apartments are "new" but they were built by morons with shoddy materials. If you can, stay the hell away from this place.
