Review for Bavarian Village Apartments

It's a bunch of loud college kids and not much is/can be done to keep them in check. We've had things stolen, and felt an utter disregard for our 'space'. The maintenance crew here is sincerely nice, but they work on a first come first serve basis, so needless to say sometimes you have to wait a week to get things done. "Policies" are not enforced equally which is frustrating, not out of bias, but out of a lack of observation. If you flexible, go for it.
