DON'T RENT FROM HOLTON MOUNTAIN RENTALS. These people are getting away with murder. Rent is extremely high and not worth the price, hidden fees. Maintenance workers are lazy, apartments may look nice but structurally unsound, office staff are rude, extra parking spaces are sold to student commuters, no visitor parking. Holton does not deserve your money!
