This complex is owned by SLUM LORDS. Smith Rentals never fixes anything, however, they expect their money on the 1st of every month. The maintenance crew is exceptionally lazy. The hallways smell like urine and roaches are everywhere. Eastbrooke is nothing short of disgusting and should be condemned. The neighbors are noisy and dirty and there is a constant police presence.
