Review for Alta Springs Apartments

I have been living in Alta Springs for 1 year now and I just cannot wait until my lease is over to move out.
WEAK SECURITY . In one night only we had 14 cars broken into (windows broken), another night it was 10 cars. Thieves were trying to search for GPS. The first thing management did, was to send a letter to everyone telling that PARKING is not their responsibility and that we should go to the police instead of bothering them. I asked them if they had any plans to make the community safer (e.g. installing security cameras) and the answer was the same "Not our responsibility"
GYM IS NOT REALLY A GYM. Gym consists of 2 threadmills that are broken most of the time and a TV that because of the weak security (item 1) has been stolen several times and Management does not do anything to replace it.
MAINTENANCE IS NON-EXISTENT - I had a problem with my shower (water not heating up). It took 4 days for the maintenance guy to show up. When he did, he informed me that he would need to buy some pieces for the shower, and he would come back on the next day. That means 5 days without a warm bath... I communicated it to management, and they informed me that "it happens" and they were going to check why that happened and get back to me. Well, as you can guess, they never did. I gave up.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Forget about talking to the ladies on the Administration. They were born to follow policies and they just do not care if you have any problems. They are there from 9am to 5pm and not trying to solve problems, but to stay away from them as much as possible. If you come up with a problem, they will be rude and satirical and make you feel as bad, stupid or as a deuchebag as possible. I gave up trying to talk to them also.
