Imagine my surprise when I went to the swimming pool in the complex to take a swim this morning, only to find that my key no longer works. Locks had been changed. The pool has been open for a week and somehow management apparently did not think that it was important to notify residents of the lock change. We no longer receive newsletters. Management needs to improve its communication skills.
