Though the apartment looks good and surroundings are maintained nicely, I would not recommend it to my friends. The staff is generally indifferent and very rude. I always had very poor customer service in person and over phone. Many of my neighbours had even worse experience. The staff does not show any interest to talk to you, help you and does not care about giving good customer service. The biggest shock I had was when I vacated after staying there for over two years. I got a bill of about $500 for a stain in one place in the carpet and $35 for a slightly bent blind leaf. I understand that people generally get ripped off when they move out from this apartment.
