When we moved in, the office manager was wonderful, rent was reasonable and the apt complex was managed well. After Sunstone was bought out by another company a few years ago, the management turned over often and declined severely--rude, incompetent and overall unhelpful. Maintenance also turned over regularly so repairs were shoddy and calls were ignored. Rent skyrocketed as well. They consider themselves a "high end" apt complex but they are truly mediocre at best. We could not live there a moment longer.
