I've lived at Bexley for two years now. The apartments are pretty basic and boring. The only thing that would constitute "luxury" is the crown moulding. Nonetheless, it's clean, although rather small compared to other properties. It is a gated community, and the gates are always working. And I do always feel safe. I think here, what you pay so much for, is the quality of renters. People are very nice, clean up after themselves, and no crime to speak of. I'm a single mother, and therefore very critical of how safe a community is. People walk the complex at night, and no one bothers you. You could find physically nicer places to live for the money, but, like I said, the quality of people here, is hard to put a price on.
