Review for Carriage House Apartments

they take forever or will not make repairs. found out repairman is reg. sex offender on nc sex offender registry. took a year to get one problem fixed! and ac broke down, had to call in own repair people after 3-4 months of oral, written notice. other repairs not made. i am having to hold my tongue. but DON'T move here! takes forever or will not make repairs especially if you have children and no ac.had neighbors complain about that who are also moving out and one had her ceiling cave in because of shoddy, cheap half arse ac pipe work in her kitchen so she had to get her own repairperson out to fix it, said her floor was just taped together, still is and hasn't been repaired.not only that, from neighbors with kids they took freaking forever to go fix their ac and they have 2 young children, one is a baby!until they threatened to call a local newstation did something get done..

and now some really questionable looking people are filtering in and we're leaving. it's time to get out. I definitely would *not* recommend.
