When I moved to be with my military husband, this was the only apt who had a vacancie. When we came in the place was dirty. It has been sprayed for bugs 4 times in less than 1 year! The paint is peeling off of the walls! I don't have any water in my bathroom sink (it's been like that for over 1 month now!), they keep telling me the parts are on order. It is a lot of money for the quality.
