My husband(a marine) and I lived here as our first home. We had a 1 bedroom. The units are old, but they were in decent condition and were being remodeled in between tenants. The office manager, Linda, was always very kind and helpful. However, the maintenance was horrible and she didn't fix anything. She was fired right before we moved out though, so maintenance is probably good now. That and the fact that there weren't real parking spaces(you just park on the street) were our only complaints. It is very cheap (our unit was $395) and a great starter place.
