Apartment Great - Staff Not So Much

The apartment is great. They are new and look good from the outside and inside. The grounds are nice. Even though it is listed as a gated community, it is not as the gate has not worked since I got here.
The big problem is the staff. They are unfriendly; not helpful and forgetful. If you want something or need something put it in writing as they will "forget" or say they tried to contact you. Maintenance is slow at best.
For the price we should be receiving better service and support.
The community is mostly military and we get a little bonus for that.
The apartments allows dogs and that can cause some noise issues.
Overall I would recommend this place if you don't mind poor service from the staff.
