Review for Sunset Manor Apartments

I have lived in this apt for more than 3 years. Over the period of my stay, i noticed that the regular maintenance of our apartment was not done frequently. Many a times, we had to go and ask for the ac filter change. Most of the time, the apt office was empty. But all these were ok. When we moved out of the apt, we got a hefty bill of around $1100 as penalty. We were charged for changing the carpet and painting the apartment. If you think this is a one-off experience, all our friends got fines in the range of $800-$1300. We felt that it was not a professional approach by the management for a moving-out tenant. I would personally advice you to be cautious when moving here. I never had this kind of experience in other apartments in Salisbury.
