Review for Aggie Investment Group Apartments

My boyfriend and I have lived in apartments near Meritcare downtown for over a year, and love our apartment. The apartments are old, with hardwood and quirky designs. Everything in the apartments is meticulously maintained. The few times we've needed something repaired, it was fixed immediately. Sam Aggie even called us personally to make sure it was okay for the final painting after leak to be taken care of after the weekend. The maintenance people like working for Aggie, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs by how well they do them. The rent and deposits are expensive, but it's worth it to me. There are only two issues. First, the building is not secure, but we've never had a problem or felt unsafe. Second, unfortunately, parking is awful. But with Meritcare surrounding the buildings, there isn't much that can be done. We may eventually have to move because of parking, but we're dragging our feet because we don't want to go back to awful landlords elsewhere. If given the opportunity, I highly recommend renting from Aggie!
