Review for Cordell Properties Apartments

Cordell properties do not maintain their buildings, plus they own their own cleaning company so they can claim the apartments needed cleaned at an extreme price so that you don't get your deposits back no matter how clean the place was when you left. When I lived there, we had cracks in our walls, our pipes literally fell apart, they never shoveled the snow, they didn't change the light bulbs outside in the stairway so you couldn't see the ice patch at the bottom, and they never fixed the bathroom door frame that Jerry claimed to fix the day after we moved in. Also, when we moved in we had outlets that sparked and would kick the circuit breaker every time you plugged something in. Turns out one of the wires in it wasn't even connected! The only time they are on the property is when someone moves out, or to pick up the rent checks. They can afford to own 6 vehicles, but they can't afford to maintain their property? They need sued! Do not rent from them!
