Review for Cornwell Rental Apartments

Cornwell Rentals cares about one thing, taking every penny they can from college students. They provide over priced apartments that are in horrible condition. Maintenance takes forever to get to you and even when they do they dont do half the things you ask them to do. We asked them to fix something for us and instead of fixing it they told us the tools we needed to buy and how to fix it ourselves. Courtside apartments are basically falling apart. The walls are paper thin, things are constantly breaking and the stairwell doors are missing door handles. Basically their properties are dumps (Except for their beloved Palmer Place which they make sure has everything while forgetting about all their other properties) and their staff is beyond horrible. Take my advise and rent from somebody else because Cornwell will screw you out of money faster than you can say slumlord.
