Rented: From 2008 To 2009

This was the most horrbile place I've lived in the last 10 years. We have neighbors who have played loud music since the day they moved in. We have made dozens of complaints and nothing has been done. The "dusk to dawn" patrol that they have took 2 and a half hours to come the one time we called. We are lucky to have a minuet of peace even at 4 in the morning. This all out of an appartment that costs 750$ a month.
