Review for Sawmill Commons Apartments

I am a 4+ year resident of sawmill commons apartment. I referred this apartment to my friends and colleagues earlier. Recently management replaced most of the knowledgeable and friendly staff including property manager without any information to tenants. Things started going wrong with the new property manager "Scott". I visited leasing office to sign the lease renewal and had seen couple of customers having heated argument before walking out of his office. Unfortunately I too had similar experience and so did my friends.

Some of his comments I could recollect..
“I am here to make profits to the company”
“No negotiations what so ever”
“I have to save my job”
“You always have an option to move out of the apartment”
“We increase rent irrespective of the economy or market situation, we are here to make profits”
“I cannot honor what you have negotiated with the previous manager, he is not here to defend himself”

If you expect friendly and professional manager, this is not the place for you.
