Review for Condor Garden Apartments

In the beginning living here was nice. But since the new owners have had a say, things haven't been all that great. 1. The office management has become more dishonest. They have claimed to have had to increase our rent due to energy billing for the winter, but then $30,000 worth of landscaping is done. ( Keep in mind this is at the beginning of the summer. 2. There seems to be an attraction for sex offenders in the overall area, take a look at the sherriffs website and you'll see two offenders reside within the complex. 3. The expense of the rent isn't justified in the upkeep. I hope it gets better, but in the mean time when my lease is up, to vermillion I go!
