Review for Kensington Square Apartments

Utterly Noisy! Ceilings are literally paper-thin so you can hear your neighbors noise very clearly. First week we were there, lady downstairs complained that we were "moving furniture" at at hours. Not much noise until a couple with two kids moved above. Constant stomping and when I complained to management, they said I was "not used to apartment-living". Otherwise, place looks GREAT, maintenance is GREAT. Rent seems to raised quite often, and with me, rental assistance program, I notified them of income changes and they would stick a not on door giving me two weeks notice to pay new rent(not 30 days notice). Office staff is a little snooty, looks down on people, for whatever reasons (because some are low-income, without work, disabled, single-parents,etc.). As far as a "project" it is of high standard, meaning there's no drug-pushing or criminal activity. Good starter apartment.
